She gave us a huge gift bag with  a beautiful wine, and loads of other amazing gourmet treats, that we were able to start enjoying straight away.

Husband and I after 43 years in our loved family home made the hard decision to sell and move. After looking at several houses in Maugaturoto, we found our perfect house real easy with First National Kaipara with their agent Karyn. Lovely home and amazing garden! Unfortunately too small to fit all our furniture. Karyn was so lovely and knew that I really loved the house and garden. We told Karyn what we needed from our forever home. Karyn called us a few days later to tell us she had a place for us to look at, also told me it had a blank canvas for me to work with in the garden. All I can say is Karyn really listened! She had found our forever home!

To say that we cannot wait to move to this property is an understatement.

After almost 60 years the family home was put on the market for the first time. Mum had used First National for the sale of the farm, so was never going anywhere else.
