With over 30 years of personal experience in the property market, Kathy has truly seen and done it all. For more than three decades, she and her husband Mark have professionally bought, sold, held, and traded properties across suburban, coastal, and rural New Zealand – from century+-old do-ups to modern new builds, from lifestyle blocks to investment flips. Along the way, they have renovated everything from CBD apartments, to suburban homes, to award-winning AirBNBs, with a particular personal passion for creative interior transformations. Their current labour-of-love is “Whare Kura,” the historic 150-year-old Aratapu School House.

Before real estate, Kathy carved out a stellar sales and marketing career in the Travel Industry, consistently achieving top-producer status. She brings that same drive to real estate, combining sharp market insight with the practical wisdom of decades of having been in-the-trenches of the “property game.” Her approach to achieving outstanding results is built on three pillars: Best possible presentation, Best possible asking price, & Best possible marketing.
